FEE STRUCTURE

RULES GOVERNING PAYMENT OF FEES:

The fees once paid are non-refundable. The fee structure before it is implemented, it is discussed/deliberated in the school committee meeting chaired by the President and then it is approved by the President and his team . Tuition fees may be enhanced by 10 to 15% every year. Other fee may be enhanced or new fees under new heads may be added as per requirement.

The school year is from April to March. Tuition fee, computer fee and bus fee have to be paid for all the 12 months and paid quarterly. Admission fee and other Annual Fees (Activity, Maintenance, Examination, Teachers day, Annual Day) are to be paid in April or at the time of new admission.

SCHEDULE OF FEE PAYMENT:

1^st Quarter (April – June) Payment to be done before 30^th April or at the time of new admission.

2^nd Quarter (July – September) before 31^st July.

3^rd Quarter (October – December) before 31^st October.

4^th Quarter (January – March) before 31^st January.

Parents should not wait for the last moment to pay. Payments to be done on time.

Late fee of Rs. 20/- per month will be charged for late payment.

SCHOOL BUS:

At present there is one school bus managed by the administration. School bus facility will be given to students on a “first come, first serve” basis. To have “Bus-Pass” is essential. The prescribed bus fees structure is set for those who avail bus service. School bus will run only on working days.

If there are any activities/events on other days, parents will have to find conveyance to reach students to the school. When the fuel prices go up, we may resort to increasing the bus fees in order to avoid unreasonable losses. Regular indiscipline and any damage to the bus seats will lead to the cancellation of bus-pass. A student who does not pay bus fee on time will be debarred from availing bus service. Once you avail bus facility, you have to pay fees for 12 months, you cannot leave in between.
